Bukit Palma - Citraland Utara
Bukit Palma is a residential development right in the north of CitraRaya. In the coming years, this project will be part of CitraRaya. Currently it is marketed separately from CitraRaya and under different name because Bukit Palma serves a different market segment from CitraRaya. Bukit Palma provides affordable housing at strategic location. Bukit Palma offers smaller houses with slightly inferior infrastructures compared to CitraRaya. The houses offered ranges from building/land area of 27/60 square metres to 248/300 square metres. Total license area of Bukit Palma is 575 hectares which provides CitraRaya with expansion opportunity in the near future.

Bukit Palma Surabaya has...
Water Treatment, off couse the water is taken from Surabaya river at Wonokromo, but Bukit palma re-produces it at block E1 ... and the presure of the spreading water is about 100 Bar means the inhabitants of Bukit Palma do not need to have water pump (Sanyo) or build a reservoir (tandon) in their houses to get some water . So, Their problem of lacking the water like what people in other area of Surabaya, does not happen in here.
BIOTANK. It is a septic tank that is environment friendly. Again, the inhabitants of Bukit Palma do not need to take care to their septic tanks, because it is designed to flow immediatly to the ditch.
Wide Street Row, between one house to another front, is about 7 Meter til 8 Meter. While the main row is about 12 Meter til 28 Meter for the boulevard. Its possible because the ditch is undercover. With the undercover ditch, one more advantages for the inhabitants is the reducing of mosquito quantity and no disgusting smelt.
Pocket Garden (Play Ground) in every block. Even in block A, there is a half basket ball ground.
Indoor Badminton Ground (2 courts), they call it, GOR.
Outdoor Soccer Ground in Gedung SMP Citra Berkat
24-Hours Security Guard (SATPAM) in each block. Because Bukit Palma uses one gate system/cluster system in each of the block.
Own Cleaning Service and Landscaping, provided by City management to guarantee the go clean and green of Bukit Palma area...
