Bukit Palma is a residential development right in the north of CitraRaya. In the coming years, this project will be part of CitraRaya. Water Treatment, off couse the water is taken from Surabaya river at Wonokromo, but Bukit palma re-produces it at block E1 ... and the presure of the spreading water is about 100 Bar means the inhabitants of Bukit Palma do not need to have water pump (Sanyo) or build a reservoir (tandon) in their houses to get some water . So, Their problem of lacking the water like what people in other area of Surabaya, does not happen in here.
BIOTANK. It is a septic tank that is environment friendly. Again, the inhabitants of Bukit Palma do not need to take care to their septic tanks, because it is designed to flow immediatly to the ditch.
Wide Street Row, between one house to another front, is about 7 Meter til 8 Meter. While the main row is about 12 Meter til 28 Meter for the boulevard.Its possible because the ditch is undercover. With the undercover ditch, one more advantages for the inhabitants is the reducing of mosquito quantity and no disgusting smelt.
